to us.
If possible send units in the original
manufacturer's packaging.
All packages must be fully insured.
Pack boxes carefully protecting any protruding parts.
If you use Styrofoam peanuts, please be sure to place unit inside a
plastic bag before shipping.
Do not send carrying cases, straps or non-rechargable batteries.
Please include the shipping form.
Once the unit is received, you will be called to verify the problem.
